MARIALMFT

Rebuild Your Identity. Reclaim Your Power. Rise Into Your Future.

A 10 week transformational coaching program for women healing from narcissistic abuse.

The RISE Method™

A trauma‑informed therapeutic model for restoring the nervous system, integrating parts, and reconnecting with the authentic self.

R

Root Restoration

Reestablishing safety, stability regulation as the foundation for growth.

This phase focuses on calming the nervous system, repairing dysregulated patterns, and creating the internal conditions necessary for transformation. Through somatic practices and grounding tools, women rebuild a felt sense of safety and presence so they can rise from solid ground.

I

Identity Reclamation

Reclaiming the self that trauma tried to diminish.

Here, women untangle old narratives, release shame, and reconnect with their true identity beyond the impact of narcissistic abuse. Through parts work, attachment repair, and guided self‑inquiry, they rebuild a coherent, empowered sense of who they are — and who they are becoming.

S

Soul Alignment

Returning to inner truth, intuition, and authentic desire.

This phase supports women in reconnecting with their values, boundaries, and spiritual center. It’s where clarity returns, self‑trust strengthens, and life begins to align with what is deeply resonant. This is the blueprint for the future they want to create.

E

Embodied Expansion

Living, choosing, and creating from wholeness and grounded confidence.

In this final phase, women translate their healing into embodied action — building new patterns, cultivating healthy relationships, and stepping into their purpose. This is where they begin actively shaping the life they desire with confidence, groundedness, and emotional freedom.

What My Clients Are Saying

Questions? I’ve got answers.

Frequently asked questions —

How long will I need to be in therapy for anxiety?

The length of therapy varies from person to person. It depends on your specific goals, whether your anxiety is more generalized or tied to a particular situation, and how much it’s affecting your day-to-day life.

I don’t assign formal homework, but we’ll often talk about things you can practice between sessions to help you get the most out of therapy. This might include trying out coping strategies, reflecting on patterns, or exploring situations that contribute to your anxiety.

Yes — research consistently shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for treating anxiety. In fact, some people find it even more helpful, especially if they experience social anxiety or feel overwhelmed by the idea of going to a therapy office.

If you’re ready to begin therapy, I recommend booking an appointment directly through my online calendar here.

I’ve done my best to include all necessary information on my FAQ and service pages so that you are able to make an informed decision without needing to confirm with me first (or without having to wait to schedule a call).
